Patrick Arbore, Ed.D – is a nationally recognized expert in the field of elderly suicide prevention and grief services, located in San Francisco. Julie Rickard, Ph.D – is a licensed psychologist, who graduated from Washington State University in 2004. She is the CEO for Moment by Moment Suicide Prevention, LLC, and founded the Suicide Prevention Coalition of North Central Washington in 2012.
