Introduction to Bird Language
6:00 PM
Cultivating Connections Montana
Description:
Ever wondered what the birds are saying, if anything? Bird Language is as old as humans walking the earth in search of fire, shelter, water, food (in that order!). The birds are communicating with each other and across species letting each other know what predators are around and where. Humans historically relied on this communication to also know what predators were/are nearby; one of the many survival mechanisms developed throughout history.

Join instructor Ann Campbell to learn the five voices of the birds and the shapes of alarm, as we tune our awareness skyward in this evening of listening and learning with our backyard birds.
